Due to the late start, junior high students will not be attending the STEM event at UJ today. We will still plan on releasing school at 1:50pm at the high school, 2:00pm. at the elementary. The Jamestown bus will be at New Hope Free Lutheran Church around 2:20pm.
Pingree-Buchanan Schools will be 1-hour late today, March 6. School will begin at 9:30am. The Jamestown bus will leave New Hope Free Lutheran Church at 8:50am.
There will be no Zero hour classes tomorrow (3/6). There will be only one bus leaving Jamestown at 7:50am. Any further weather related announcements will be made in the morning.

Congratulations to the Boys Basketball Team for winning the District 6 Championship game last night! They will be playing Carrington on Monday, March 6 for the first round of the Region 3 Tournament at 3:00pm.
We will be releasing school early on Monday to encourage students and staff to attend the game and support our Thunder Basketball team. The high school will release at 1:50pm and elementary will release at 2:00pm. The Jamestown bus will arrive at New Hope Free Lutheran Church at approximately 2:20pm.
Junior High Students attending the STEMtastic event at UJ can be picked up at UJ at 2:30pm. If other transportation arrangements need to be made, please contact the high school.

The 7th and 8th grades will be attending the STEMtastic/TechSavvy at University of Jamestown on March 6, 2023. The students will leave from Pingree at 8:30 am and will return by 3:00pm. A sack lunch will be provided by the school. No money is necessary.
One of the new policies is a "No Phones/electronics" requirement. Students can leave their phones with Mrs. Krapp in the office or with Mrs. Armitage on site. They also have the choice to leave their phones at home that day. Please remember that the students will be walking outside between buildings on the UJ campus. Students should wear proper footwear for snow/slush and a warm coat as the weather is fickle in early March.

The sophomore class is selling butter braids! They cost $13 each. Flavors available include: apple, blueberry cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese, raspberry, caramel rolls, cinnamon, and four cheese/herb.
Orders are due March 1. Reach out to one of the sophomore class members if you are interested in purchasing some delicious butter braids - Cashton Carr, Serenity Reynolds, Camryn Ripley, and Jersey Tripp.
