Elementary Boys' Basketball practice started last week. Their first game will be on Tuesday, 10/3 in Buchanan vs. Medina starting at 4:30pm. There are only a few weeks left of EGBB. They have a game this week in Kensal starting at 4:30pm and Tuesday, October 10th, in Buchanan against Kensal. Go Thunder!


The 7th and 8th Graders traveled to the elementary to read books they wrote to grades K-3. The elementary students loved having the JH kids read to them!











Tonight's football game in Harvey will be streamed on NFHS. Kick-off is at 7pm. Go Cardinals!!!

The leaves on trees are starting to fall. Seeing the pumpkins makes me want to jump in the leaves. The degrees are dropping due to the breeze. The weather makes me want to wear my sweater. The school is making me follow all these rules. The activities are showing my capabilities. The lunch being served is coming in clutch. The month of October is right around the corner. Friday wrapped up homecoming week with Spirit Day!



There are a few changes to this weeks schedule for Elementary Girls' Basketball due to limited gym space. Please make note of these changes and let Coach Dietz if you have any questions.


The JV Football games scheduled for October 2nd and October 9th have been cancelled and will not be re-scheduled.

Congratulations to all of the elementary runners at Parkhurst. The rain held off and many of the kids had PR's today! Great racing!!

Congratulations to Avery Thompson for being selected as Student of the Month for August/September! Avery is a hard worker and has a positive attitude. She is kind to others and always has a smile on her face!


Congratulations to Lilly Krapp for being selected as Student of the Month for August/September! Lilly is currently a 1st grader and her nomination stated that she is a bright and hardworking student. She is fun to have in class and always keeps you smiling or laughing!


Congratulations to August Stiltner for being selected as Student of the Month for August/September! August is currently a 3rd grader and his nomination stated that he is a kind kid who always shows up ready to learn. He always does his best work and is very intelligent!


Congratulations to McKenna Connell for being selected as Student of the Month for August/September! McKenna is currently a 4th grader and her nomination stated that she often goes the extra mile, doing more than what is required and is always engaged and ready to learn! McKenna has also been a good role model and is willing to help others on the basketball team.


Congratulations to Cashton Carr for being selected as Student of the Month for August/September! Cashton is currently an 11th grader and his nomination stated he works hard toward the goals he sets for himself. He has done a good job this year advocating for himself and takes responsibilities for his work. He has also been a mentor to other students.


Congratulations to Tate Widman for being selected as Student of the Month for August/September! Tate is currently a 10th grader and his nomination stated he is a hardworking student that treats all students and staff with respect and kindness. He is willing to work with others and works hard everyday to reach his own goals.


Congratulations to Allie Ripley for being selected as Student of the Month for August/September! Allie is currently a 9th grader and her nomination stated she is a kind and creative student. She offers some of the deepest and most reflective responses in class. She makes a real effort to connect what is being learned in class with her world beyond the classroom.
