The 10th Grade World History class is searching modern and ancient sources, corroborating evidence, and even doing some math to attempt to figure out how actually how many Persians were defeated by the 300 Spartans at the Battle of Thermopylae. This question has always been an ongoing debate among historians. Today we are even arguing, calling writers incompetent, and wondering just how many soldiers could fit on an ancient ship or be able to make such a long march? #lockedin
