The 9th Grade Financial Literacy class did an activity where they used candy to represent money and had to make decisions on what they wanted to pay for in their lives. The students were then given life-based situations where they had to move or remove their candy to pay for other things. It was a great conversation to learn what students are willing to give up to pay for other things. This was a good experience for students to understand how values relate to what people spend money on!

9th Grade American Government students created skits today about the different roles that the President carries out. Very entertaining.
